1. Wyatt Earp's Handlebar
In the wild, wild west in the late 1800's, the handlebar
moustache, which looks like the handlebars of a bike,
was all the rage. And nobody wore it better than
Wyatt Earp. Earp held several positions during his
lifetime, including Deputy Sheriff and Deputy Town
Marshal. He took part in the gunfight at O.K. Corral.

4. Clark Gable's Pencil Moustache
Clark Gable was a major actor during the early to mid 1900's.
In 1939 he played Rhett Butler in the movie "Gone With the Wind".
It's easy to see how this pencil thin style of moustache gets its name.
